.:. discover / the Milan Expo
May 1st through October 31, 2015

slideshow .:. You buy your tickets, queue, meander through the pavilions of nearly one-hundred-and-fifty countries, and finally pay a tribute to the Expo shops. Ok, it's just a mass event. But even glitterati can't seriously think about snobbing it at all.
.:. Tickets can be purchased on line, or perhaps at the Expo Gate just in front of the Sforza Castle. You can buy tickets open date, but choosing a definite day is advisable. You might happen to reach the Expo on a day when the site is sold out, and you can't enter.
.:. If you opt for a Night Ticket, at only Euro 5, be aware that by the time you're allowed to enter, from 7pm, only restaurants are still on duty. Pavilions, instead, are closed.
.:. A virtual 3D visit is anyway feasible.
