In cooperation with the City of Sansepolcro, the City Art Gallery from Sansepolcro is temporarily lending to the City of Milan the Madonna della Misericordia by Piero della Francesca.
.:. Milan permanently keeps more paintings by Piero, namely at the Brera National Gallery and at the Poldi Pezzoli Museum - the Montefeltro altarpiece at Brera is a seminal work.
.:. On December 7 the exhibition closes at 12 noon; on December 24 and 31, at 6pm; on December 8 and 25 and on January 1st and 6 at 8pm.
