The Venice Biennale, 2013, made clear how original João Maria Gusmão (Lisbon, 1979) & Pedro Paiva (Lisboa, 1977) could be, in terms of film production and art installations. This time the artist duo has brought dozens of celluloid films, three Camera Obscura (recalling the origins of photography) and a small cinema, produced between 2004 and 2014. Ten of their new works have been specially made for the Hangar Bicocca.
